What a lovely card just arrived from a friend in Ulan Ude.. ( Transbaikalia ) near Lake Baikal..in Russia and shows people in National Dress also in Carnival festivities ( Maslenitsa )This scene is at the Ethnographic Museum of the Peoples of Transbaikalia. This Open air Museum is is located in the town of Ulan Ude and covers an area of 37 hectares with more than 11 thousand exhibits and 40 landmarks.. Thank you so much Luba for this lovely card and wished I knew of this place when I was in Ulan Ude.although then there was a huge dust storm so this would not have been possible that day..Spasiba...Luba..
