Columbia.: Known as the Capital of Southern Hospitality is The State Capital and the largest city in South Carolina. Chosen as South Carolina's new Capital in 1786 due to its central location in the state.Columbia was one of the first planned cities in the United States. The card shows The Stae Capital and a Confederate memorial.
