Whitby definately has to be the Qintisential British coast town.. in a beautiful setting with just such a fantastic outlook for the traveler and locals alike..The walk to the top with is 199 steps leading to the Abbey ..which was the centre piece for the Story of Frankenstein..A walk by the water sees the big arch of two large crossed whale bones...This is also the home of Captain Cook, the English navigator to sail to Australia and go on to navigate the world in an a amazing voyage ..The card shows the many lovely scenes that one is confronted with on a visit to this lovely place..Thank you so much Terry and Barbra for taking me to visit this lovely Town..Posted 13 August.Great fish and chips here.
