I always like to receive / exchange recipe cards .. This card shows a great recipe from Louisiana in the south eastern USA..called "Crawfish Fried Rice" looks to be a recipe I would like to try obviously substituting the crawfish for King Pacific prawns or Yabbies. Thanks once again Arnold for another swap recipe card.
