Another great surprise today in my mailbo today from Hernan in Chile . Card shows Local people of The Alti Plano villages that can be from Bolivia, Peru and of Course Chile. Located in the Northernmost part of Chile known as Arica y Parinacota. This was a part of Chile before The War of The Pacific (1879- 1883 ). This national dress is not be seen in other parts of Chile.
