This card shows The State Bird of New Jersey The lovely Eastern Goldfinch..and also shows the State flower of New Jersey ,The Purple Violet.. Thank you big time Margarita for this great swap card I have waited a long time for its ariival and wasnt sure it was ever going to arrive.!! This black / white card is a great photo of "The Big Three" Winston Churchill , Harry Truman ,and Joseph Stalin (well gurded by soviet soldiers with machine guns ) I beleive this is from their meeting in Yalta by the black sea late in WWII.. This is where Truman discussed with Stalin about the Atomic bomb which was recently tested .A great card and a favourites Spasiba Margarita,.

A lovely "Surprise" Postcard from Poland has arrived showing a beautiful sunset scene on the city of Torun as seen from The Vistula River. Torun is One of the oldest cities in Poland and is a Unesco Heriatge site since 1997.. Thank you Kamilla for this nice surprise card.

A lovely card from Melbourne of The Flinders Street Railway Station.. such a beautiful old building this is . This is a Post crad United Postcard and is a real treat.. as I know how hard it is for my friends and others in Melbourne, and Victoria State over their long period in Lockdown Thank you Kelly for this great card and who is BTW an amazing frontline worker in the Hospital there.. FLINDERS STREET RAILWAY STATION MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA.
Opened on the 12 September 1854 and constructed 1900-1910.and is Melbournes oldest and biggest Railway Station. Many people beleive that the Station is Haunted by a ghost named "George ". Platform 1 is now the 4th longest platform in the world at 78 meters .The Architecture is a mix between French Renaissance and Art Nouveau which makes it extremely unique and lovely to see. I have caught some long distance trains from here and was a big part of my " Around the World " by train Jounies.

What a great map card Thank you so much Cathy for this card from the Barrier Reefs Whitsunday group of Islands.. A lovely place that I have visited on a few occasions and always a place to return to. This is a great map card showing the many Islands in this marvellous group.
The Whitsunday Islands of FNQ ( Far North Queensland ) are known as a tropical wonderworld with many golden sandy beaches fringed by coconut palms and incedibly clear waters ...a magnet for sun lovers and diving and snorkelling and many water sports . There are just so many Islands in this group that can be visited and enjoyed.
