    What a lovely colourful card of the "Blue Footed Booby" bird from The Galapagos Islands  .I am thrilled with this lovely card and thank you so much my dear Inge for thinking of me on you exciting visit to those amaxing Islands  . My thoughts and meemories of my visit there are still vivid and loved my visit through those Islands too be most memorable indeed .The Blue Footed Booby bird is just one of the many magnificent species that can be found there . and a Photographers dream of all the wildlife..  Thank you so much for this card and as you mentioned that the Equadorian Postal Service is bankrupt and this card had to posted from Geramany  Thanks again my dear friend.

Fernandina Island : Galapagos group :
 This is one of two really lovely cards that I have recently received from a Friends son in the Galapagos Islands...what great cards they are too. This card shows a multi view sceno of the The Sea lions and fur seals that are to be found on Fernandia  Island.. This truly is an amazing place to visit and this is just one of many Islands in the Galapagos group that have their own unique wildlife. Thank you so much David.

Another welcome card arrives from the Galapagos Islands and thank you Deirdre for remembering me on your visit to this amazing place..So many wonderful Islands to visit here with each island having its own unique animal and birdlife..Card shows red crabs and are to be seen by the hundreds allover the rocks by the ocean..

A really lovely colourful card from a traveling mate from The Galapagos Islands..Thanks for thinking of me once again ...love all these lovely cards...This card shows a "Red Footed " Booby Bird.. I got to see many "Blue Footed Boobies there and also "Masked Booby birds but I didn't get to see one of these with the red feet...so nice..and they are really so friendly..I was lucky to get some great pics of blue footed boobies nesting with a long telephoto lens...so good..such an amazing set of Islands with just so many different forms of wildlife.Also on the card is one of the many "fur Seals " that lay on the beaches..once again I got some great pics of the baby fur seal "pups"...Thank you so much Deirdre for these lovely cards.

This is a lovely card from a wonderful longtime friend from her visit to The Galapagos Islands..Thank you so much Deirdre for thinking of me...The card shows a pair of Frigate Birds and the Male bird with the big red "bag" under his beak that is so prominent of these birds. I remember going to this particular Island where these birds were located  and watching and photographing them there on my visit..so many different and colourful birds on these Islands ,along with other amazing wildlife. Such a lovely card ..Thank you so much Deirdre..
