I really like  to receive recipe cards especially ones that I love to cook for myself ..I also really like all the ingredients that are in this recipe of "Eggs Sardou"  I think this maybe a dish from Louisiana with its French ( Cajun ) sounding name..  Looks great and cant wait to try it..
