I really like collecting these "Greetings from" cards...countries and also flags..well, today I received two flag cards both from Malaysia...Thank you so much Anny  and also Cheng Mun.for these cards.

MALAYSIA  Contains 330,803 KM2 in Area. with a population of  31,226,000 inhabitants.
CAPITAL CITY of Malaysia is Kuala Lumpur.
UNIQUE :  Malaysia has a constitutional Monarchy with and elected Monarch.: The Yang Dipertuan Agong is one of the few elected Monarchs in the world.
WILDLIFE : The Borneoan Sunbera Conservation Centre in Sandaken is the worlds first Sun Bear Sanctuary and opened its gates to the public in January 2014.
FAMOUS : The Island of Sipidan in Sabah is famous for being one of the top diving spots formed by living corals growing on top of an extinct volcanic cone.
FLORA and FAUNA.:  Malaysia is home to 14.500 flowering plants and trees,more than 200 different animals , 600 bird varieties, 140 snakes and 60 lizards.
 HISTORY : Malaysia celebrated Independence  from The United Kingdom on  31st August 1957.
FLAG : The flag of Malaysia known as the Jolur Cenitong ( Stripes of Glory ) is composed of a field of 14 alternating red and white stripes along the fly and a blue canton bearing a crescent and a 14 point star known as the Bintang Persekutuan ( Federal Star).

Possibly the nicest card that I have received in a while.. I just love this colourful card that shows a little H'Mong girl with her pet bird...How nice is this !!! so good this is definately a favourite card..Thank you so much Trang once again a truly lovely card that you have sent. Cam on Trang.

Beijing : CHINA.

 A surprise card from a friend that is usually traveling somewhere..This card from Beijing on her way in transit to Xian and getting the "Chinese" run around that foreigners have to go through to buy tickets in China,, Sounds like you have a busy schedule China certainly is a very interesting destination.. This card that is also in two parts the end section can be removed for a bookmark..very handy ..
The card shows The defensive Gate Tower guarding the Xi An City Gate,This tower with 3 shooting windows  ( 66 openings ) to watch the enemy movement and stop the enemy with closely group fire and is crucial work of the ancient city defences..Thank you Angela for taking time out and sending this for me.

Another great card from my friend Trang.. These great cards just keep coming ...just so colourful with amazing subjects and photographs..This card shows a person on their motorcycle on the way to market with just an amazing and fragile load..The mind boggles as to the loads that are carried by bicycle or motorcycle in Vietnam...amazing..I myself got some good photographs while watching for the many and varied people carrying goods on the bikes..Thank you so much Trang fo all these cards that you have recently sent to me..

Colorado .: USA.

A lovely black /white card showing this great group of "cowgirls".. what a great card Thank you once again Melissa..The card entitled "Cowgirls" shows this group of women dressed in cowgirl clothes including "ten gallon" hats , boots and embroided dresses. All of these women were very well known participants in Rodeo events and The Pendleton Round-up held regularly in Pendleton  Oregon.
This is a photograph by Ralph Russel Doubleday in 1923.A historic photograph..

 Another surprise card has arrived from a good swapper friend in Ghana..Thank you so much Lee for this lovely colourful multi- view Ghanain women in their colourful dress and card also showing The "Dipo" Bebam puberty rites..This particular celebration is held in April by the people of Manyaand Yilo Kroboin the towns of Krobo Odumase, Somanya and ShaiHills from Accra..
