 This is the fourth card in this series of five ..that are from my good friend and Artist Masako with personal postmarks..
This card shows Nokogiriyama Aerial Railway. The Line climbs Mount Nokogiriri that is located in Southern Chiba Mount Nokogiri means "Saw Mountain" as the mountain is shaped like the teeth on a saw.!!This was a local quarry until 30 Year ago. Thank you so much again Masako for this lovely card stamps and postmarks..

Narita City: CHIBA :  JAPAN:  No.3

This is the third in a series of five cards sent from a very talented artist friend from Japan.I particularly like the many different postmarks and stamp cancellations on the various postcards. Thank you so much Masako.
This card and artwork shows the Temple of Narita-san That is located in Central Chiba. This Temple was founded 1070 years ago where so many pray to Buddha for safe travel at the nearby "Narita International Airport."

Ichihara City : CHIBA.: JAPAN: NO.2

This is another lovely railway card from my friend in Japan...another lovely card with first day release stamps and personally made Chiba postmark and also the many different postmark stamp cancellations. This is from west of Chiba.
This is of a diesel Train of the popular "Kaminato Railway" .which is a local line that is located in the west of Chiba. The Kominato Railway line reaches the beautiful valley there.
 Thank you once again Masako for this lovely series of cards that you have sent me from your train journeys.

Town of Ohtaki.: CHIBA.  NO :1.

This is the first in a series of the most lovely cards that coincide with the stamp release , I have received from a good friend and also a wonderful artist who makes these cards and also does the postmarks for the Japanese post. Her Artwork is absolutely great and I just love to receive cards from her with great anticipation as they are so lovely , interesting and colourful.
This particular card shows the small diesel train of  "The Isumi Railway". This train is located in the small Japanese town "Ohtaki ".This is a local line located in the east of Chiba. This is extremely popular with Railway fans because they can see many old types of Diesel trains.Thank you so much Masako.

 An unusual  sepia coloured card from my good friend in Texas ..this is another in a series of "Dakota Art Nudes" A very interesting Photograph in sepia colour of the subject and surrounding landscape. Seems to me this would not be a nice place to be sitting with no clothes on..Thank you Ruby for sending me these  interesting lot of Art cards..
 I love the blac / white and sepia coloured cards..
