 This black and white card shows a station foremans home loacted on "The Nebraskas Cowboy Rail line" .The section crews were paid to perform regular maintenamce on the stretches of railway track that was assigned to them.They inspected the rail lines to make sure that they were safe and stable and replaced rotted ties and rebuilt the roadbeds where neccesary, Pictured  is the foremans home beside the tracks .. Thank you so much  Stacia for this card another for my train collection of cards.

A postcrossing meetup card has jus arrived and it is another bird card  ,  a nice one of some lovely Gannetts..  This is fom a Postcrossing meeting heldin Helgoland Holland on the 05 of April.. and ent in july.. I am not sure who sent this as I cannot read the signature..  Thank you anyway it is a lovely card.. Thank you also to all who signed the card.

 I am so pleased lately when I receive cards especially cards that are in a backlog of cards that I know are out there "on the way "..  I have just received two such cards  This one is another for my Bird card collection of State birds and Flowers of the USA..  This is the  Kansas State bird . The Western Meadowlark.. and the lovely State flower The Sunflower. Thank you Arnold for helping me build my collection od this theme..
