 One of my favourite themes when receiving cards are these  zodiac cards Chinese New Year cards from worlwide as I love the variations and of coures the colourful stamps. I have just received the "Surprise card"  of this years  "Year of the Tiger " on the zodiac.  Thank you so Much to Wu  Jiaxin for this card and was very surprised to see that this card was posted on January 29th... that is three months for delivery postage from Japan I  was surprised to see it take so long usually postage from Japan  is usually very fast !!

  What a great card . Thank you George  !  I feel sorry for this little bird as it must be just so cold  by the steam coming out of her beak..  I love birds  and this is a nice addition to my bird cards .Thank you so much there is no description of the name of the bird on the card ! This is a surprise card !.

  Thank you Birgit for  this multi view card of Mallorca. I am envious  as I would love to be there also.  I worked ther for a time and loved the Island..The card shows many attractions to be seen there .  very memorable !  I trust that your trip there was a relaxing one for you..   What a surprise to find this card in the mailbox !  Another surprise from my great friend Mel who just loves traveling especially cruising about on cruise ships  this particular voyage sees one of her ports of call is Belize  .Thank you so much Mel for finding time and remembering me with this great map card .I would love to visit here also ! Thank you Mel ..love the card .!

A lovely card has just arrived from a fellow Postcard United swapper in St. Petersburg Russia.  Thannk you so much dear Polina for your kind thoughts and wishes on the card .  I always love to receive  train cards for my collection..  I wanted to get the train from Moscow to St.  Petersburg when I was there but was unable to ...I think it was called" The Strella "  ( Red Arrow )I so much wanted to visit St Petersburg as it is such a beautiful city from what I have seen..maybe another time ! dear Polina,  take care and thank you so much fo this fine card ..hugs !
