Queensland. North Stradbroke Island.:

 A lovely newly released card by Oz Post of North Stradbroke Island in Queensland.

 North Stradbroke Island. The native name for this Island is "Minjerribah" is an Island that lies within Moreton Bay in The State of Queensland 30 Kilometers  ( 19 miles ) south east of the Capital City of  Brisbane. Before 1896 This was part of The Stradbroke Island but in that year a fierce storm separated it from South Stradbroke Island forming The jumpinpin Channel . The Quandamooka People are the traditional owners of North Stradbroke Island.At 275.2 KM2 ( 106.3 miles.) it is the second largest sand Island in the world..Fraser Island being the first. Tourism and sand mining are currently the main industries.

Curacao: ABC ISLANDS..Netherland Antilles.

What a lovely colourful card and another surprise to see that is from Curacao...another of the amazing ABC Islands located in the Carribbean .How nice it would be to visit these lovely and very popular Islands..The card shows some of the lovely tropical flowers of the Island..Thank you so much Arnold to take time out from your busy schedule.These Islands are famous for their Historical Colonial Architecture and skin diving..
