This is a nice old card that I have had for some time and thought I would add it here on my card blog.. it is a lovely old black / white card showing one of the The old Orient Liners "The Orama" (20,000 tons) departing under the six million rivets 4.2 million pounds (cost )Sydney Harbour Bridge on August the 14th 1930...Opened to traffic in 1928 the Bridge was finally paid for in 1988..A debt to the British that seemed never ending..
