A surprise card from a good friend sent from her recent trip to Latvia...a lovely card and it states that the card is dedicated to The Latvian National Song and Dance Festival.,one of the most grand and cultural events held in Latvia.This is the pride of Latvian National identity and is held every 5 years in Riga.The girl is dressed in folk costume of the Rucava District.(Kurzeme Region..
