Recently while in the city enjoying the Chinese Lunar New Year celebrations..while eating lunch I got talking to a Chinese family in Sydney on holiday from Beijing and agreed to show them a little of the city.. one of the places I showed them was "Customs House " at Circular Quay. Circular Quay is today the hub for all the Sydney harbour ferries that link with all busses and trains.. just by Circular Quay is Customs House and was originally a place for all captains of foreign vessels to declare their cargo...Today as one walks in to the foyer , under th glass floor is a minature model of the city of Sydney and a great place to get your directions .. there is also a coffee shop located here where one can sit and read the recent newspapers of the world. So, if in Sydney this is an interesting pplace to visit.
