  A most welcome card and my first from Dominica..  Another "Flags of the Woeld"  to add to my collection  thank you so much Arnold for thinking of me on your visit there.. this a rare flag to receive.

 NAME ORIGINS > The Name of the Island of Dominica was derived from the latin word Dias Dominica for Sunday, which means "Day of the Lord " This is the day on which the Island was spotted in November 1493 by Christopher Colombus.
