A lovely colourful card from a good pal in Cebu Philippines ,,Thank you so nuch Chloe for this nice  Postcrossing "Lunar New Year " meetup  held in Quezon City ,  Metro Manila Philippines .a lovely "Year of the Rat "card  for Chinese New Year zodiac 2020.from this meeting.. This is another of this great theme of cards for my colllection..also the nice rat stamp.  Thank you ...Salamt .. Chloe for thinking of me with this card.
