What a lovely colourful card this is...swapped with a fellow swapper in Dominican republic.. The card shows the " Horned Devils " ( Diablo Corvedos ) Carnival in La Vega province... and what a colourful festival it must be to see..Thank you so much Idrialis for this nice card and lovely carnival stamps.
