I love to receive these "Greetings from' cards as I collect them...some are hard to obtain as they are all posted from the state of origin.. This card was kindly swapped with a fellow postcard collector in Casablanca.. I thank you for this Yashine.. and trust you enjoyed the Australian cards..

MOROCCO : Covers an area of 710,850 KM2  and is located in Northern Africa.:
CAPITAL CITY : of Morocco is Rabat.
POPULATION.: of Morocco is :  33,848,242 inhabitants.
NATIONAL SYMBOL:  of Morocco is The Barbary Lion.
CITY : Although Rabat is the Capital City, Casablanca is the biggest and most populated with nearly 4 million inhabitants.
SYMBOL: In Morocco The symbol of love is the liver and is traditionally associated with love not the heart as  the Berbers believe that the liver is the key to well being.
FAMOUS MOROCCONS : are :Abd El Krim, Fatima El Fihri, Nawal El Moutawakel, Mohammed Khair Eddine.
OLDEST: The oldest University in the world is " Al Quaraouiyine " and was founded in the city of Fes in 859 as a madrasa and is considered by some to be the oldest university in the world.
SAHARA DESERT : The South Eastern part of the country is intersected by The Sahara Desert while directly to the south lies The Western Sahara.
HIGHEST : The highest peak in Morocco known as "Toubkal" at 4167 MTRS is the highest peak in the Atlas Mountains and in North Africa ...is located in South western Morocco.
