What a great card from "The Motown Museum"showing the many many groups from The Motown era of Music "Tamla- Motown". Detroit .. the "Motor City "..to see all these various groups that gave the world such an endless line of great music.. brings back so many memories of that time...when.. now when you here a Motown song and it takes you back to where you were when you first heard it !!

Motown records made its mark on the music industry and society with a sound that has become one of the most significant musical accomplishments and success stories of the twentieth century. The story all started in a little house on W. Grand Boulevard called "Hitsville" USA and now the home of the Motown museum.Visitors come from all over the world to see the birthplace of Motown and stand in world famous Studio A where music legends like The Supremes , Marvin Gaye , Little Stevie Wonder, The Four Tops , Martha and the Vandellas ,The Jackson five and many many more that contributed their sounds to the world and recorded from 1959-1972..
The Museum was founded in 1985 by Esther Gordy Edwards executive and sister of Berry Gordy
