I obtained a permit for this Indian state when I was in India and as I was in Darjeeling I thought tat I would add this destination to my journey but unfortuneately I got food poisoning adn had to pass up my travels there. Being a bird lover I always like to receive cards of the different birds of te world. This card has arrived from Finland but there is no name or description of the bird pictured on the card. nevertheless I love it and is such a lovely colured bird . Thank you Iris for this Postcrossing card .

I just had to add this lovely recently released card showing this beautiful pic of a Border Collie sheepdog . This was one of a recently realeased series on Australian Working Dogs.
My main reason for adding this card as it is such a favourite and reminds me of my beloved " Ammo" that I recently lost to Cancer.... a wonderful friend, most loyal companion and a great security dog.. I still miss him very much !
