My arrival by train in Beijing by #3 Express train from Hanoi was an interesting one..The Station was just a sea of people with luggage and boxes and trunks and ,really I was of the immediate opinion that I would be there a long time before reaching my accomodation, which was not that far away in a wonderful old "Hutong" To my surprise the police had all the taxis in rows of three and filling them with apssengers so quickly..and as three taxis moved off three took their place....amazing...talk about handling people "crowd control".. The line I was in moved rather quickly and within 20 minutes I was in my taxi. My stay in Beijing was cut short to five days as the air was so bad i had to leave. The Card shows an Overview of Quinian Hall. The Great Temple of Heaven and Good Harvest. Beijing. This is another one of the" Top Ten Temples in the World" This was a must see in my stay in Beijing and as it was in area of the 'Forbidden City " this was a wonderful day of looking into history.. I was really amazed being here another amazing Temple Wonder of the World.. I was very fortunate as there was not lots of people here at this time..although ten minutes later it was a completely different story..Be prepared to do a lot of walking here to cover the areas of these quite amazing sites..This is a Unesco World Heritage Site..
