Another card in the "Headline News " series by Australia Post. This is a first day release Maxi card and looks at the headline "Tracy Destroys Darwin" This of course refers to The Cyclone that was named "Tracey" and virtually destroyed all of Darwin on Christmas Eve 1975. This was a super catastrophic event with most of the population being flown out to all other parts of Australia to be looked after by local people.The biggest people airlift in the country's history...This was an unbelievable event..I remember it vividly..
