What a lovely colourful card this is that I received today from my friend Chloe in the Philippines. This card shows the lovely colourful masks and dress of these partygoers at the Festival of Masskara in Bacolod City.
Negros Occidental, the Capital of Bacolod's main Festival is " "MASSKARA" a celebration showcasing colourful costumes and smiling masks held on the weekend nearest to October 19th each year. thanks Chloe love this swap card..
