A lovely card from my mate Chloe of this magnificent bird of prey.. These are always lovely to watch go about there everyday tasks...especially Sea Eagles...This particular Eagle is the National Bird The Philippine Eagle ("pithecophaga jefferyi" ) Davao Philippines thank you so much Chloe I really like this card...
