A great card this one... a real "Texas " card.. COME AND TAKE IT !!! was the slogan of The Texas Revolution.: The Mexican Army granted a small cannon to the Colony of San Antonio Bexar and was then transported to Gonzalez where a small group of Texans stopped the Mexican forces who had orders to seize the cannon at the Battle of Gonzalez. On October the 2nd 1835 with their " COME AND TAKE IT " flag flying the Texans fired the cannon at the Mexican army and This was the "opening shot" of The Mexican Revolution....
