| SOUTH ANDEAN DEER " HUEMEL" ( macho ) |
Well anybody that knows me knows of my fondness for animals.. and to receive cards like this ..is a real Pleasure.. Sent by a good friend and also an animal lover , from a visit to a National Park in Chile's southern Patagonia called " Carretera Austral." A place abundant in animal and bird wildlife.
This card shows a wonderful image of a South Andean Deer (male ) called Huemul macho.
( Hippocamelus bisulcus ) Apparently a difficult animal to see due to its shyness and stealth.This is certainly a lovely card from this series of cards "Fauna of Patagonia."
