I have recently received some lovely cards from a friend in Moscow...and as there was a few of the same subject I thought that I would make them all togeather in collage These cards Show the Moscow Canal system. The map shows the Moscow River and The Canal System.This Canal connects Moscow to five Rivers, on Stalin Mirror Bridge an artificial waterway starting from the Volga River near the city , and ending up at the Kozomyshevskay Dam and lock on the Moscow River, in the city of Moscow. The distance between these two points of reference are 128 kilometers and this large Channel has two functions and they are , Navigation, and the supply of water.
Thank you so much Olga for all these cards...they are great i hope that what I have done will please you...This envelope is really nicely done with a drawing and watercolor..Spasiba.for lovely stamps also..
