A Postcrossing card arrived today showing the pleasures of Pancakes from the pancake truck...I must say I really like pancakes myself . These particular Scallion Pancakes in Taiwan are a favourite I am told that can be eaten with many different ways... I will like them just with bananas and honey for me..
