I am so lucky..here is another of those wonderfully thoughtful train cards fro my friend Masako in Tokyo..This card shows the night time view of the Central Railway Station in Tokyo city . This stations beautiful architect of red and white towers and arches was designed by Kingo Tatsuno The prominent Father of Architecture in modern Japan in 1914. The Railway Station was badly damaged in WWII and was hastily repaired .the repairs over time proved to be inadequate and the building recently was completely re renovated to its former beauty.. Thank you Masako for this lovely card and also the "special "postmark placed of "Tokyo Station" and the beautiful stamp...Arigato..
