BANGKOK..SO MUCH TO SEE AND DO HERE..
A nice night time view of The Wat Sakate "The Golden Mountain" in Bangkok. Such a vibrant city with so much to see and do..I stayed a lot longer than I had anticipated but is such a great place to spend some time while I awaited my visa for Myanmar to be processed and book flights During this time I visit The Hard Rock Cafe in the city...as usual a fantastic welcome from staff and get to see all around the fantastic "Rock and Roll" memorabilia in the Cafe..get my souvenir..and get a wonderful farewell. I organise a trip to Kanchanaburi to the Bridge on the River Kwai.here I also visit the Jeath War Museum and the Large POW cemetery located close by...and Immaculately kept and looked after by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. .also I make my way to the Tiger Monastary , amazing all types of tigers here to see an be with..then to the and floating markets..
This was a souvenir card of my visit here in 2009 on my "Around the World by Train" journey..
