 This is a fine view of Valetta , Capital of Malta.. A truly lovely Island That I had the good fortune to visit.  So wonderful to view from the water as I sailed around some of the Island and enjoyed its amazing old buildings and architecture.Valetta is a Unesco World Heritage Site. Valetta was founded on the28 March 1566  and its magnificent network of fortifications extend over 27 kilometers and are a perfect example of Renaissance  Military Architecture. The dignified Palaces and Churches built by the Knights of St. John form an impressive Architectonic that led it to be being described as a" City built by gentlemen for gentlemen." Stamp shows the Maltese Cross. Thank you for this card Sylvan a lovely card.

 These  Nene or Hawiian Geese are  rare and not seen by many visitors to Hawaii. They prefer the rugged mountain slopes and lava flows in Haleakala National Park on The Island of Maui and similar terrain found in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park on the Island of Hawaii. The Nene Goose is the Islands State Bird.  Thank you Lynette for this lovely card from your trip.

Located in the cultural Delaware River Region this New Jersey State Capitol Building is the second oldest State capitol Building in continuous use. trenton is the site where George Washington attacked the" Hessians"on Christmas Day. The Trent House, The Old barracks,The State museum / Planetarium and the State house stand as reminders of the significance of this town . Thank you again Sylvia..you always send fine cards.
