 The card says :The traditional music of Ireland is both played and heard with great passion in the whole of the country of Ireland and has really flourished in recent years. The most common musical instruments for Irish music are the Fiddle and the Bodhan , an accordian and often spoons.most dance and music lessons are promptu and  is in pubs and have som regulars  who add some more zest to the scene.

Thank you Arnold for this great Postcard and yet another great card  fro your travels.. I loved my visit and time spent traveling in Louisiana especially The wonderful city of  New Orleans  I loved the Architecture , The music  great jazz and other music of various generes.! and the food is to die for..So nice to sit back and join  the many people enjoying their coffee and "Bienet's"  great memories here . I loved the road trip through the state.. Thankyou Arnold for re kindling many memories of my fun there.

  What agreat card from a great friend  that has taken time out oon her visit to PA  to send me some cards  Once again Mel  Thank you so much mate and Boyd for thinking of me on your trip.I trust that it was fun..  The Card shows this famous "Crooner"  from the "sixties" period  Perry Como  who was a very popular singer and even had his own TV show .. This Memorial to this great vocalist  is to be found in Cannonsburgh PA.. thanks again Mel ..I love it !

Love this surprise card that has just arrived and is from a friend in Seattle.. Boy what a great place this is.!!! .this is a great area of Searttle and  on the card shows the Space Needle , The Monorail , built in 1962 for the Worlds Fair that was held in Seattle also the Monorail that travels through the EMP  (The Experience Music Project ) building a rather strange piece of Architecture that holds the most amazing collection of musical memorabilia on the planet ..so if you are into Rock music ..put this on your bucket list it is a must ..This and the Rock and Roll Hall of fame in Cleveland..  amazing places to visit..Thank you so much Stacia for this great card ..lots of memories here.
