I really like  to receive recipe cards especially ones that I love to cook for myself ..I also really like all the ingredients that are in this recipe of "Eggs Sardou"  I think this maybe a dish from Louisiana with its French ( Cajun ) sounding name..  Looks great and cant wait to try it.. This is one of two cards thatI have just reeived from my good friend inVietnam .. another lovely card . This card shows the women at work  sorting the Chillis from the recent harvest.in Binh Minh in the Cho Goo district ..this employs many local people when the harvest arrives.. The Giong District is the largest area for chilli planting in the  Cuu Long Delta area.'
