A postcard United card has just arrived and a nice card from a Postcrosser in Shanghai.  the card shows A warring belt .. inlaid with gold and silver and the only known Hook belt ..This was discoveed in in Wangshan Tomb 1 Jiangling ,Hubei Province in 1965  Thank you Qiang for this card,  Thank you also for your kind Christmas and New Year wishes..  Xie Xie.

A lovely Unesco World Heritage Site on this card from The Forbidden City in Beijing.. This is an amazing site to see and is a Unesco World Heritage Site..To visit this site is an interesting day to say the least..A huge area of Ancient Architectural Structures.. Palaces and Temples..and all so many visitors ..that seem to get lost in the huge area that it covers..one is in awe at its age and history. This is sent by a Postcrosser from Shanghai.. This card is from Shanghai is shows the Yu Garden Zigzag Bridge..The Central area around the historic haunting TeaHouse is reached by crossing the Zigzag Bridge.of nine turn zigzags.and it is said that evil spirits are unable to turn corners...Thank you Keith for this card.

I like black / white postcards that are of old scenes..This card shows The # 17 street car tram.In Shanghai. In March 1908 British concession from Shanghai Jing 'an Temple the Bund ..opened the first tram car ..The last old Shanghai tram on Nanjing Road ended in August 1963.She saw the last half century of Shanghai trams on 17 street..This is an Historic :Shanghai card"
