  This is the first card that I have received in the past two weeks. !!!  So hard to beleive that there are few postal deliveries these days although post offices are open !!  I am expecting to get a buch all at once   ( I hope ! )..  anyway sorry  to the many people that visit my site quite often   and lately with nothing to see.. Thank you for your  following and hope to add more cards soon.. love to you all stay safe and stay at home !!

 This card is of my favourite theme and is another for my collection for this years   "Year of The Rat "  for 2020 Chinese New year zodiac.. Thank you for this swap from Indonesia and also for the many nice "rat " stamps.. terima Kasih ..Dr.

  A great card showing this the Javan  Hawk- Eagle.. This is the National Bird of Indonesia "  The Garuda "and names the National Airline also .. The Javan Hawk-Eagle is commonly refered to as Garuda. This bird occurs mainly in the tropical forrests of Java.. it has a long black crest on its head. The Bird is of medium size approx. 60 - 70 CM in length..  .This bird is also an endangered species.

The particular region chosen in 2019 is the region of Jav in Indonesia and shows a Javanese couple in National dress  Nie on Mia Thank you for this card people in National dress is a favourite theme of mine also.. I think evrybody knows that I love trains .. This is a lovely card from a great friend in Indonesia thank you so much Mia for this train card..I caught this same train from Surabaya to Yogyakarta I remember waiting some hours for it..and remember the lovely waiting room also on the station.This was on my "World Train Journey.".I must say that it was not a good experience as everyone was smoking and the carriage took on the appearance of being on fire...oH!!! Nevertheless it was one of many great train journeys .. Thank you Mia  Terima  Kasih
