  I have recently received thus card with no information or signature or cancelled postmark..!!  nothing on the stamps to say where it is from..  I beleive this is from Poland ..  There was  mention of a region called  Buskupian region but have not found any info on that .!!  The card shows an illustration of a couple in National dress..  and sent by Claudia 2302 which means nothing as I do not know its origin  anyway Thank you Claudia but I cannot swap with you as I do not know a contact.  further info says : (Thank you wikipedia )  Biskupice : (Meaning Bishops People ) is the name given to several regions in Central Europe..IE:  Avery common name in Poland wher 27 villages carry it ! !!!!!also the southern region of  Bratislava in Slovakia and also in the Czech Republic.!!

A lovely  "Surprise"  Postcard  from Poland has arrived showing a beautiful sunset scene on the city of Torun as seen from The Vistula River.  Torun is One of the oldest cities in Poland and is a Unesco Heriatge site since 1997.. Thank you Kamilla for this nice surprise card.

 A PIF card #111 has just arrived for a fellow swapper in Poland and shows some great scenes of The Tartar People that are living in the Eastern part of Poland I never knew that they were there !! They are of Mogolian decent and have a thriving  muslim community there around 2000 people.Two of the early mosques there are Unesco sites  Thank you Olga for this very informative card,
