What a lovely card showing these lovely Sinulog Festival Queens in their splendid dresses and headgear..just so colourful. This \\this Festival of The festival Queens is held in cebu City and is held every 3rd.Sunday of January a religious festival in honor of The Holy child Jesus..(see the images held by the queens ).This is a time that sees much entertainment with street dancing and various other entertainment all over Cebu CityThe name of the dance is called "Sinulog" and is derived from the root word "sulog"meaning water current .This is the name of the dance  (Sinulog ) That bthe candle sellers do when they request the prayer to Santo Nino.( Child Jesus.). This is a lovely train postcard recently received by a fellow Postcrosser. Shows this great steam engine which does The White Pass &  Yukon Railway, that boards passengers in Skagway near where their cruise ship docks. This narrow gauge railroad built in 1898-1900 during The Klondike "Gold Rush"is one of Alaska's premier attractions.The White Pass and Yukon Route is known as the "Scenic Railway of the World." Thank you Anny for another in the lot of these lovely cards that you have sent me..This Card shows the second of these" Rafflessia" Flowers. This particular one is known as  "Rafflesia  tegku-alinii" The smallest of the three known species found in Sabah. This species of Rafflesia is named in honour of Tegku Datuk Dr .Zainal Adlin, one of Sabahs most noted conservationists.. There are 15 Rafflesia species found in South East Asia and three are found in Sabah...Malaysian Borneo. Thank you so much Anny for these really lovely cards. They are really great.

 A nice multi- view card from Cardiff City in Wales...showing some of the many attractions there.. I particularly like the pic of The band of  H.M. The Welch Guards playing in the grounds of Cardiff Castle.and of course The pic of the Millennium Stadium where can be heard the singing  Welsche when the Rugby Internationals are taking place...no better Rugby venue for atmosphere than here.. Thank you Laura for this fine swap card..also the lovely stamps that you have put on the card..hugs.

Washington DC.

A large card showing the Washington Monument located in the Mall where can be seen so many wonderful monuments in the centre of Washington DC. Visitors lucky enough to be able to visit the top of this monument have a marvellous view of the city and as it is the tallest structure in the City of Washington DC they say on a clear day you can see over forty miles.
 Thank you Jason for this nice card and also the trouble that you have gone to with all the many lovely stamps that you have atatched for me... really makes a card ....doesn't it !!!
