Alcatraz Island :One of The Golden Gates National Parks..Carved by natural and human forces Alcatraz served the army as a military prison and a fortress..and the Department of Justice as a maximum security Federal Penitentiary .Today this once desolate Island in the centre of San Francisco bay is national parkland with historic gardens, tide pools, bird colonies ,and bay views beyond compare.

I love receiving these recipe cards and this is a really nice one..There is no doubt that Louisiana is such a great place to visit...for many things but for me the food was sensational..Cajun food and music is just amazing..and I wish that I could have spent a lot more time there..a great reason to return..Thank you so much Arnold for another great swap card with just great stamps..thanks mate.
