Phnom Penh : " Phoocea Niiyea Selara."
A typical scene here in Phnom Penh..Such amazing Buddhist Temples and buildings with beautifully manicured lawns and gardens with many colourful tropical plants and flowers in abundance. This was another interesting City to Visit.and stay awhile..Phnom Penh is a very interesting with its many architectural Cambodian wonders. The Kings Place was definatly a must to visit if you ever are here..The gardens are kept in such beautiful order with colour being the key ..with immaculately manicured lawns and place to get out of the extremely humid temperatures. One annoying thing was being constantly approached by prostitutes.. ..This time I stay 3 days and then go to Siem Reap for three days to explore The Complex at Angkor. This Wonder of The World and unbelievable ancient buddhist City before returning again to Phnom Penh. Unfortunately there are no trains anymore in Cambodia and used the local busses here .
This was a souvenir card of my visit here on my "Around the World by Train" journey
Souvenir card posted home from this Destination. 28 March 2010.
